My acct got hacked and Current closed it. That part is good but they locked me out of it and haven't given me my money that is in there. They also blocked my calls.
- - They emailed that funds would go to SSA and SSA would contact me.
- - The bank must send the funds to SSA, which will forward them to me.
I just want my money back. They sent me an email saying they were going to send it to SSA.
Then they send another email saying SSA has yo contact them.
I went to the SSA office and called the 800 number but they say they don't call banks. The bank has to send it to SSA and they will forward it to me.

Call them everyday! Send emails, be firm yet professional
My deposit account was closed by Current Online Banking and I still have over $800 left in it. It has taken over a month just to get a reply.
The bank has yet to give me any options for them to get my money to me in a timely manner. My next step is to file a complaint with CFPB and possibly consult my lawyer.
My card was falsely used
I used my card and lost it, and then found it, and all my money is gone. I want it back; my PIN was on the back of it.

Missing my direct deposit
- - Direct deposit not received; a trace ID was provided.
- - Federal Reserve downtime and file issues delayed the deposit; funds not arrived after 11 days.
My direct deposit was never received into my account. The sender states that they have a trace ID number, and once I trace it, they stated that the federal reserve was down the day that it was received, and that they had some kind of issues with the files and that the files would need to be resent so that was on March 3 it is currently the 18th and I still do not have my money.
I am highly upset the incompetence of this bank and my direct deposit and how they have handled this has been the worst I will be looking into other options and handling my money because I cannot go without my funds. I expect my deposits to reach my account in a timely manner.
Some things are out of their control. That is understandable however it does not take 11 days to rectify the issue.

Not refunded for unauthorized charges

- - Dispute denied after 4 days, leaving $246 out; mobile check deposit took 10 days.
I called and notified Current that someone made a charge to my builder card and it wasn't me. I informed them that I had lost my card and filed a dispute.
Four days later, I see the dispute pending failed; they denied my dispute, and I was out of 246 dollars. I also deposited a mobile check, and it was supposed to take 3 to 5 days; it ended up taking about 10 business days!

Not only are they lazy, but the lies never stop. And they want to play you as a fool.
Call and ask for management; see what happens. I've been waiting for days, and they will not do it. My deposit is 8 days late, and they asked for proof of payment, and I sent it. Then they say they can't understand it, like it's a PDF from my job.
How can you not understand it?
They're full of lies and games. Worst bank ever.

False Advertising!
Current is an awful company that offers bonuses and doesnt want to give them they like to say that your Direct Deposit doesnt qualify. Reality is they never wanted to pay it.
